Hife, a residence adapted to all lifestyles

Born in 2023, the brand Hife – a combination of High-Life, meaning “enhanced life” – captivates a generation of 25-40 year-olds seeking balance between work, leisure, and socializing. After several openings in France, the brand sets up shop in Bordeaux, in a contemporary building located near the Halles de Bacalan, just a stone’s throw from the Cité du Vin.

Designed as a next-generation hotel residence, Hife offers apartments from T1 to T5, fully furnished and equipped for short, medium, or long stays. It strikes a perfect balance between privacy and community: each resident enjoys their own apartment with a kitchen, living area, and private bathroom. Plus, there are shared common spaces where friendships blossom – a lounge, shared kitchen, coworking area, gym, music room, and karaoke, not to mention a rooftop with a panoramic view of the neighborhood.

The trio of flexibility, simplicity, and community

A real gem of the residence, the Be Alive offers a sauna, a Beauty Room (massage and wellness services), and a fully equipped gym for open gym sessions or group classes. It's a space where residents can unwind after a day of work, in between sports activities or an impromptu afterwork gathering.

The philosophy Hife is based on a clear trio: simplicity, flexibility, and community. Thanks to a dedicated app, residents can book a sports slot, borrow equipment (like board games, raclette machines, or consoles), manage their mail, or participate in an event.

A vibrant and connected ecosystem

The spirit of Hife goes beyond just housing. The residence offers a regular event program: conferences, workshops, concerts, craft markets, and clothing swaps bring the place to life. An in-house art gallery hosts exhibitions from local artists every three months, and the spaces can be privatized for seminars, team-building activities, or professional events.

This “Flex-living” model caters to consultants, freelancers, and students as well as those in transition or just passing through Bordeaux. Some people stay here...

live throughout the year, while others come to work during the day or book a slot for a sports class or a music recording.
