In Bordeaux, the future Canopia district is taking shape. Led by Apsys in the heart of Euratlantique, this large mixed-use project, set to open in the second half of 2027, is already announcing its first commercial signings. And the list is sure to grab attention.

Uniqlo, Nike, Zara: the big brands are coming to Canopia
A little over a year after its opening, Canopia already boasts 70% of its commercial spaces leased, a clear sign of the project's appeal. Among the confirmed brands are Uniqlo, which will open a spectacular flagship store, as well as Nike, Zara, Mango, Sephora, Ba&sh, Etam, Undiz, Celio, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, Bershka, Maison 123, Jonak, Jimmy Fairly, Agatha, and Figaret.

Mango will even set up its first regional flagship. In terms of services, the neighborhood will also welcome a Super U, a pharmacy, and an On Air gym.
Food market, rooftops, and a giant spa
Canopia isn't just about shopping. The project aims to become a true living destination with 15,000 m² dedicated to dining and leisure. Among the first addresses announced: Junk, Berliner, Emilie & The Cool Kids, and Faiparla, specializing in custom French sandwiches.

One of the highlights of the project will be its enormous leisure space. The Terrasses building will host a food market of over 2,000 m², 13 kiosks, 2 bars, and a festive rooftop of 1,700 m² with live music programming. Another exciting announcement is the arrival of QC Spa of Wonders, an Italian wellness reference that will open its first large-scale concept in France in Bordeaux, featuring indoor and outdoor pools as well as a rooftop.

A New Neighborhood to Enjoy All Day Long
Located just a stone's throw from the Saint-Jean train station, Canopia will blend shops, recreation, hospitality, offices, and housing all in one vibrant complex.
The plan includes 100 boutiques and restaurants, 6 rooftops, 12,000 m² of hotels, 6,400 m² of residences, 6,600 m² of office space, as well as a 2-hectare park and 13,000 m² of outdoor spaces. Ultimately, this neighborhood aims to become one of the new gateways to Bordeaux, set to welcome tens of thousands of new residents in the coming years.
