Recommendations for Very Poor Air Quality
The City is urging residents to follow the health guidelines in place due to the smoke: limit travel and stay vigilant. 2.5 million masks are currently being distributed by Bordeaux Métropole. Residents are encouraged to check with their pharmacy for availability, as there is no direct distribution planned in the municipalities.
Users are also invited to plan their trips in advance, as disruptions may affect the TBM network.
Solidarity Continues for Evacuated Individuals
The ...The spirit of solidarity continues in Talence. The François Mauriac Space is open every day from 10 AM to 7 PM to collect donations and volunteer offers. The current priority needs are: stainless steel cutlery; baby food jars for babies aged 4 to 6 months (also suitable for elderly people); mattresses and blankets.

The City reminds everyone that no donations should be dropped off directly at the Bordeaux-Lac Exhibition Center, which is exclusively reserved for welcoming evacuated individuals.
