The 13th edition of Bordeaux Tasting is set to be a vintage one! With the ongoing goal of celebrating the holy nectar and its creators, Bordeaux Tasting is returning to the Place de la Bourse area and unveiling a new tasting journey. After a memorable event last year, the 13th edition will take place on Saturday, December 14 and Sunday, December 15 in iconic locations around the Place de la Bourse.
A Tasting Weekend Right Before Christmas
Nearly 100 exhibitors will come together in the city center: Grand Crus from Bordeaux, along with distinguished guests from other French regions and abroad. Everyone will let you sample their products through prestigious activities. The program will feature exceptional wines, champagnes, and spirits.
The great wines will settle in the Palais de la Bourse (around 150 vineyards from France and abroad), a dedicated space for spirits including cognac, armagnac, gin, rum, and whisky at the National Customs Museum. Additionally, there will be two Food & Chill zones for you to enjoy. The Chamber of Agriculture of Gironde will also welcome two local farmers who will offer tastings of quality local products.
Tasting Workshops and Exclusive Cuvées for Sale
This year, you will be able to refine your tasting skills.taster sessions with workshops offered by the Bordeaux Wine School and the General Union of Champagne Winemakers. Another exciting new feature: exhibitors will have the opportunity to offer their cuvées for sale.
Masterclass, prestigious workshops, or tasting battles
On Sunday, Bordeaux Tasting will reveal a much more playful side. Visitors will be invited to embark on a quest for gifts that the little elves have carefully hidden in the Palais de la Bourse, while the more playful can don their most beautiful Christmas sweater to participate in a big photo contest. The prize: a case of wine to place under your tree for the holidays!
