The Casino Barrière Bordeaux is gearing up for a major transformation, and to celebrate the start of the renovations, the establishment invites its guests to join in a unique experience: a demolition party.

From April 7th to 13th, thrill-seekers will have the chance to take part in an explosive game by participating in the destruction of a wall in the heart of the slot machine area. The goal? Aim accurately with a wrecking ball to rack up as many points as possible, which can be exchanged for game tokens. The games are open from Monday to Sunday from 4 PM to 7 PM and on Saturday from 9 PM to midnight.

A future multi-leisure hub with restaurants, rooftop, and bars

Next, the Casino Barrière will prepare for its renaissance. The large-scale renovation, lasting 18 months, marks the first step of an ambitious transformation aimed at making the Casino Barrière Bordeaux an essential multi-leisure destination by the end of 2026. On the agenda: a three-level casino with a modern and immersive gaming offer, a more dynamic event space with multiple levels, two restaurants – including one on the rooftop – and two bars. Plus, an even richer event lineup with stages across several levels!

Despite the scale of the work being done, the Casino Barrière Bordeaux has announced that it will remain open to the public throughout the entire construction period. This first symbolic phase of demolition is just a taste of the spectacular changes to come, a project that promises to redefine the casino experience in Bordeaux.
