As of January 1, 2025, the study highlighted the new least expensive streets in Bordeaux to buy a property starting from €2600 per square meter.

  • Rue Cardinal Feltin, Impasse Lafitte, and Rue André Seguin stand out with an average price of 2,649 € per m², offering a fantastic opportunity for investors or first-time buyers.
