Since July 2025, she has been welcoming clients in her Bordeaux office, just steps away from the Public Garden, for lymphatic drainage sessions and high-end facial treatments. This career change is driven by a strong belief: "beauty is not a correction, it's a rediscovered circulation".
From Lymphatic Drainage to Japanese Kobido
Lymphatic drainage entered her life during her first pregnancy. More than just a beauty treatment, she discovered a lightness, a boost of energy, and a genuine sense of physical well-being.
Convinced by this practice, she trained in the Renata França method, an international reference in lymphatic drainage for the body and face. This technique helps to firm the skin, reduce water retention, improve firmness, and minimize the effects of cellulite.
She then enhances her expertise with Kobido, an ancient Japanese facial massage, learned through the Takumi Finch method. This treatment works on the facial features, helps smooth out fine lines, reduces dark circles, brightens the complexion, and gives a natural glow.
Natural beauty and a claimed notox approach
At 37 years old, while many turn to Botox, Bénédicte champions a different philosophy: notox. “I believe in another way. An approach where everything comes from the hand, from the right pressure, from the intelligence of touch”, she explains. Her goal: to provide visible, natural, and long-lasting results, without injections or invasive procedures.

Her practice, opened since July 2025, reflects this philosophy: a clean, elegant space with light tones and a soothing atmosphere.
She offers several treatments à la carte: one-hour body lymphatic drainage starting at €130, Miracle Face (Renata França facial drainage) for 45 minutes at €70, one-hour Kobido for €85, or the 30-minute Flash Kobido for €50. There's also a more accessible option with 30-minute leg drainage for €70. Packages of 3 or 5 sessions are available with discounted rates, plus a complimentary 5th session!
