Let's start off with a bang at Bordeaux Distilling for a guided tasting of 6 local spirits. This urban distillery, craft and 100% made in France, located on the banks of the Garonne river produces whiskies, gins, and liqueurs thanks to its hybrid still. Well represented in the cocktail bars of Bordeaux that it regularly supplies, this is the perfect opportunity to discover it, in the company of one of its founders. On the menu? Vodka Sauvelle, Black Wall Rye - French Rye Whisky, Bacalan Dry Gin, Botrytis Old Tom Gin, Brunette Cold Brew, and Amaro Nuova Aquitania specialty Coffee Liqueur. Hold on tight, it's going to pack a punch!

Let the Mont d'Or flow at Les Halles de Bacalan!
Feel the après-ski atmosphere at Les Halles de Bacalan. Cheese lovers are invited to a Mont d'Or evening organized by the Rober&Rober stand starting at 7pm. Simple yet effective, this unique and delicious gathering allows food enthusiasts to enjoy sharing platters for a more convivial experience. The price is €25 for the Petit.
Mont d'Or (2 people) accompanied by potatoes and coppa and €30 for the Grande (3/4 people) served with the same provisions. A generous cheese experience that will end with music.

After the effort, the comfort at Tapage Bordeaux, the latest addition to Rue de Guienne that is shaking up the Saint-Pierre neighborhood. With an identity that intertwines art, high mixology, music, and local ambassadors, this little cocktail and tapas bar skillfully mixes the epicurean formula. Like a magical potion with formidable virtues. Tonight, they are inviting the Owlshake collective for a 6-hour journey to the moon with 2 special guests from Paris and Berlin. The night birds "Gouiz & Massiah" will share the stage with DJ and producer Axel Blanc and Debeunne from the Pentagon collective, known for his overflowing energy. The journey will continue the next day for the most daring at the mini-club at Iboat, dancing until the moonlight (Saturday from 12am to 5am).
