This year, December 31st will be all about festive locavore vibes. A bold challenge taken on by Bio Ethik, the restaurant that does things differently. Starting at 7 PM, the farmhouse bistro will open its doors for a New Year's dinner designed as a celebration of local produce. On the menu: a feast made from ingredients from the founder's farm, a blues concert, and a secure transport service provided for guests to get home safely.
A December 31st Evening Celebrating Local Produce
The New Year’s Eve celebration will kick off with a gourmet appetizer featuring three cocktail bites - foie gras, vanilla langoustine, and smoked trout - followed by a half Scottish lobster. The evening continues with a stuffed goose from the farmhouse, a platter of local cheeses, and a Norwegian omelette for dessert. To accompany the meal, the group Blues Jokers will be playing live music.

To ensure a smooth return, Bio Ethik offers a bus shuttle service within a 15 km radius, included in the price. Nearby guest rooms will also be served for guests coming from outside.
Bio Ethik: a 100% local farmer's bistro

Opened in 2024, Bio Ethik has become a unique spot on the right bank of Bordeaux. Nestled in an old wine warehouse converted in Cadillac-sur-Garonne, the restaurant offers a cuisine that is raw, seasonal, and entirely sourced from nearby farms and gardens - mainly from those of Vincent, the founder and farmer.

On the farm, agriculture follows a virtuous cycle: vegetable farming without irrigation, respectful livestock breeding, sheep grazing in the vineyards during winter, homegrown vegetables, poultry, eggs, wine, geese, and even artichokes. A self-sufficiency that can be found on the plate, freshly prepared in the open kitchen of the restaurant.
A warm decor, blending countryside charm and modernity
In this charming former wine cellar, the 75 seats are arranged among vintage furniture, stone walls, views of the countryside, and cozy spaces. An atmosphere that is both rustic and contemporary, true to the soul of the place. With this festive, local, and committed New Year's Eve evening, Bio Ethik continues its mission: to bring meaning, taste, and sincerity back to the culinary experiences in the Bordeaux region.
