A Saturday with Bordeaux Open Air until Midnight
On Saturday, the Halles open from 4 p.m. to midnight, which happens only once a year. Programming kicks off at 4:30 p.m. with Amplitudes Radio, which takes the reins live for an interactive radio show followed by a blind test. The So What? collective takes over at 6 p.m. and turns up the heat on the dancefloor.
At 8 p.m., it's Bordeaux Open Air's turn, the Bordeaux festival that has made its mark across the entire city. For those with hearty appetites, Saturday features a giant raclette by Rober & Rober.

A French Touch icon at 10pm
The evening's highlight arrives at 10pm with The Supermen Lovers. A major figure on the French electronic music scene, the artist will perform Starlight, his cult classic track, and take the audience on a Back to 2000 journey with all the greatest hits of French Touch. For a covered market anniversary, this choice is unconventional, and it says quite a lot about what the Halles have become in 9 years.

Sunday, Southwest Flavors at the Table
Sunday shifts gears entirely. A traditional banda sets up its brass and percussion instruments right at lunchtime, and gastronomy takes center stage. Oysters from the basin, a cheese board, tiramisu to share with friends or family. Over the 2 days, a giant raclette signed by Rober & Rober and a kids' village brought to you by Cacolac, complete with bouncy castle, entertainment and coloring activities. An outdoor bar run by Azimut rounds out the offerings.

Opened in 2017 facing the City of Wine, the Bacalan Market Halls bring together around twenty producers and artisans across more than 1,000 m². They are run by Biltoki, a Basque group whose name means "the place that brings people together".
