At the crossroads of celebration and mindfulness, this approach shakes up the usual norms and invites you to reconnect with your body, emotions, and consciousness.

Trance to transcend the physical and subtle body
Behind this unique practice, Alexandrine Comte, a yoga teacher with eight years of experience and a passion for electronic music, explores an unprecedented path: an experiential yoga that links the joy of the dance floor with the introspection of the mat. The sessions last 2.5 hours and offer a true inner journey, set to a wordless electronic, repetitive, and hypnotic music that encourages entering a state of flow for a suspended moment where the mind takes a backseat.

A Bordeaux Debut at Bivouac Darwin
Already present in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, and even Barcelona, Ecstatic Yoga® is now coming to Bordeaux on Saturday, June 14, from 2 PM to 4:30 PM, in the immersive space of Bivouac Darwin. Open to all levels – including beginners – the class is for anyone looking to experience an intense moment, reconnect with themselves, and also with others.
Participants are invited to bring their mat, their yoga outfit, and sometimes even a bit of sparkle, all in a free and welcoming atmosphere. The session price is set at 40€.
