A new kind of sensory wave, on BPM
Imagine a yoga studio drenched in electro beats, bodies in motion, minds letting go. This is the promise of Ecstatic Yoga, a method born in Paris in 2020, blending vinyasa, yin, meditation, breathwork, intuitive movement, and electronic music. At the crossroads of celebration and mindfulness, this approach shakes up the norms and invites a reconnection of body, emotion, and consciousness.
"The goal is to journey through and explore different states of consciousness transformed by the power of music" tells us the founder, Alexandrine Comte. A progressive and thoughtfully crafted experience.

Trance to transcend the physical and subtle body
Behind this unique practice, Alexandrine Comte, a yoga teacher for eight years and a lover of electro and techno music, explores an unprecedented path: an experiential yoga that connects the joy of the dance floor with the introspection of the mat. The sessions last 2.5 hours and offer a true inner journey, accompanied by wordless, repetitive, and hypnotic electronic music that helps participants enter a flow state for a suspended moment where the mind can let go.
