Rolling Bar : A private cocktail bar at home
Unique, it comes to shake up the Pearl of Aquitaine with its home bar service. The idea is pure genius. Behind the Rolling Bar, we find Aurelie and Mike, originally from Bordeaux and Biscarosse, who took the plunge almost 2 years ago. The two entrepreneurs, both passionate about mixology, operate throughout the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region (and even beyond on request) for weddings, birthdays, festivals, bachelorette parties, baptisms. All private or public events now have access to high-quality mixology!

Their Rolling Bar literally "rolling bar" concocts sharp and seasonal signature potions. The menu is renewed twice a year according to their desires but especially to fresh products. Far from the classic cocktails seen and reviewed, Aurélie and Mike work on surprising and audacious creations. Their signature? A gun cocktail - this smoke gun that makes bubbles - that accompanies them at every event to liven things up. After the show-cooking, these two launch the concept of show drinking!

Homemade Creations and Unique Flavors
If the Rolling Bar is a traveling concept, its menu is top-notch! On the menu? Smoky, spicy, fruity, powerful, and aromatic creations to suit all tastes. Not to mention the range of alcohol-free cocktails, equally well-crafted.
Among the best sellers, the favorites of its epicureans remain the fruity and tangy "Rosa": tequila, bergamot syrup, sūpasāwā (acidic solution to replace lemon juice), grapefruit tonic and pink peppercorn and grapefruit bitter or the more technical and smoky "Route 66" in reference to the United States with bacon fat wash bourbon (a solution consisting of mixing a fatty substance with a spirit), Memphis barbecue bitter, verjus, maple syrup and fleur de sel.
Elevated mixology and attention to detail
You've got it, this new kind of bar doesn't skimp on quality. Everything is homemade (juices, liqueurs, syrups), the spirits are carefully selected, biodegradable straws are made from sugar cane, and the company even brings its own dishes! Their attention to detail goes as far as using "Clear Ice" to avoid the quick dilution of regular ice cubes. The Clear Ice takes an average of 2 hours to melt compared to 10 minutes for regular ice cubes.
With the goal of democratizing accessible mixology, the Rolling Bar works on request and by quote. Prices are determined by the number of guests, the number of cocktails to be served, and the event location. Ahead of time, the client chooses from the 7 cocktails on the menu which ones they desire, and Aurélie and Mike take care of everything.
Cocktail cruises on the Bassin d'Arcachon
Don't be surprised if you see this name out and about on Cap Ferret this summer. Because Aurélie and Mike also migrate to the basin when the summer season arrives. In partnership with an independent skipper, the Rolling Bar offers 2 to 3 hour cruises with tastings of 2 to 3 cocktails. All with the backdrop of Banc d'Arguin, the Dune du Pilat, or the picturesque villages of Ferret. Cocktail cruises take place from June to September only, and depend on the weather. They say tides and tequila don't mix well!
