A Canvas Under the Vintage Stars
Just a few kilometers from Bordeaux, amidst vineyards, forests, and bodies of water, the Château Sénéjac invites wine lovers, heritage enthusiasts, and cinema buffs to a one-of-a-kind evening. On Saturday, July 19, the property’s park will transform into a magical outdoor cinema to showcase the cult comedy Le Sens de la fête, directed by Toledano & Nakache. Starting at 7 PM, visitors can enjoy a glass of wine, share a delicious platter, and watch the sunset over the ponds before the film starts at 10:30 PM.

Count €15 per adult (with a complimentary glass of wine), €5 for ages 10-18 (with complimentary apple juice), and free for those under 10. The chateau doesn’t allow guests to bring their own picnics. What’s on the menu? Charcuterie/cheese boards (€25 for two), popcorn (€2), and delights from Chef Alexis Malaussanne. Chairs are not provided, but we strongly recommend bringing along your blanket and cushion!
An exceptional estate at the gates of the Médoc
Nestled just 20 km from Bordeaux, Château Sénéjac spans an impressive 150 hectares of woods, vineyards, flowered pathways, and beautiful blonde stone buildings. Recently restored by Philippine, Marguerite, and Gustave Bignon, the estate embodies a French art of living that beautifully blends tradition and modernity. With its ancient woodwork, cozy lounges, and a lovely orangery, it’s a true gem!

The experience can extend to all family properties, including the wines of Château Talbot in Saint-Julien and Domaine Saint Andrieu in Provence. Tours are available from Monday to Saturday, by reservation, ranging from €15 to €60 depending on the chosen package.
Guest Rooms & Grand Style Receptions
The Château also welcomes 5 guest rooms, including two 70 m² suites that blend contemporary comfort with old-world charm. Each room tells a story, from the Viviers to the yellow lounge, creating an intimate atmosphere resembling that of a family home. An overnight stay with breakfast included is available starting from €216.
For both professionals and individuals, the estate offers two versatile reception halls (up to 100 people), as well as a greenhouse and gardens perfect for weddings, seminars, or exceptional cocktail events.
