On the lookout for Bordelais singing their hearts out!
The show Don’t Forget the Lyrics!, hosted by Nagui, is issuing a call for applications in Bordeaux to find its future local stars. This musical game, which gathers more than 3 million viewers every evening, is searching for passionate Bordelais who love French songs and are ready to take on the biggest hits in music.
"This musical game welcomes over 650 candidates a year with winnings ranging from €1,000 to €530,000," explains Pauline, the casting director.

A casting in 2 crucial steps
The casting takes place in 2 phases. The first allows candidates to go through remote tests with a phone selection where they will need to sing a song of their choice and another that is required. After that, candidates will create a 10-minute video where they introduce themselves and perform a few French songs. Those selected will go through a lyrics test via video call, before potentially being invited to an in-person casting, as part of a second selection phase to compete with other candidates on a national scale.

To apply, "candidates must have a good knowledge of lyrics of French songs, be dynamic and smiling, and sing with a minimum of accuracy".
Since December 16th, the brand new immersive set of the show welcomes candidates in a modern and dynamic environment, placing even more emphasis on live music.
