La Teste de Buch : A local and authentic shopping destination
Open for several centuries, the market of La Teste-de-Buch brings together an impressive variety of merchants, from caterers offering Italian, Asian, Iberian, and Oriental specialties, to fishmongers, butchers, cheesemongers, greengrocers, bakers, pastry chefs, florists, olive tapenade sellers, poultry vendors, rotisserie shops, and bars, catering to all tastes and preferences. In addition to regional food products, temporary merchants offer a diverse range of products such as textiles, accessories, home decor, jewelry, shoes, cosmetics, foutas, and much more.

Diversity, quality, and friendliness as key words
In the summer peak, the market guinguettes bring together over 1200 people at each edition in July and August with unique moments of festivities and conviviality. These events not only contribute to the joy of the participants but also to the radiance of the art of living on the Bassin d'Arcachon. For vacationers, the market is an integral part of their stay! Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays are marked by highlights, with a organic market on Fridays, which is a great success.
