While ticket counters are often crowded and queues seem endless, a new TBM information and sales point is opening in Bordeaux. It's the 5th one!

A new TBM counter has opened its doors in La Boutique Le Vélo located on cours Pasteur. Accessible from Monday to Saturday from 1:30pm to 7pm, passengers of the Bordeaux network can go there for any information request or purchase of transport tickets.

Located inside La Boutique Le Vélo by TBM, at 69 cours Pasteur in Bordeaux, this new information and sales point is divided into two parts: 1 counter dedicated to the purchase, reload of TBM tickets and access to all necessary information and 3 counters dedicated to the sale and advice on LE VÉLO'C and LE VÉLOPARK.

As a reminder, the.The Boutique Arts et Métiers was the first to be inaugurated, blending a space dedicated to information and sales with a space dedicated to the service LE VÉLO'C. There are now 5 physical points TBM in Gambetta, la Buttinière, gare Saint-Jean, Arts et Métiers, and the last one in cours Pasteur. The Boutique Quinconces, on the other hand, will reopen its doors in June 2024.
