The most affordable ski resorts near Bordeaux in Europe
If the people of Bordeaux love the sun so much, they are equally fond of snow! And the good news is that 3 of the cheapest ski resorts in all of Europe are located about a 4-hour drive from Bordeaux. Either in the Pyrenees, or in Auvergne.
The travel website Holidu has established its ranking of the 10 most affordable ski resorts in Europe. The big winner - close to us - is Le Lioran in Auvergne with the largest ski area in the Massif Central. Here, you can ski for only €37 per day in high season and the average accommodation is €31 per night. Yes, you read that right...

N'PY resorts well represented
To close the podium of resorts near Bordeaux, we find Peyragudes and Piau-Engaly standing out. According to the study, expect to pay €75 for the average price of a ski pass + accommodation at Peyragudes and only €56 at Piau-Engaly. Both are respectively located 3H30 and 3H50 drive from the Girondin city and are both members of the N'PY community.
