When Cuban Rhythms Ignite the Bordeaux Opera
For this third ball of the season, following the one on November 15 and January 31, the Bordeaux institution offers the public a true journey to Havana, filled with dance lessons, sharing, elegance, and Caribbean energy.
Cuban music, the Opera reminds us, is not just a popular art form: it is a celebration of the history, culture, and soul of a people. Pianos, guitars, percussion, and brass intertwine to create vibrant rhythms that cross generations, fill the streets, and bring dance halls to life.
.
An evening open to everyone with dance initiations
In this spirit, the Bordeaux ball will invite professional dancers and experienced amateurs to guide the participants. A dance initiation will be offered at the beginning of the evening so that everyone can fully embrace the atmosphere. The audience is encouraged to join in the fun: a Cuba-inspired outfit is recommended to enhance the immersion and give the Boireau salon a tropical party vibe.
Organized in partnership with the Havanastyle association, this ball is part of a special event entirely dedicated to Cuba within the programming of the Opera.
