Double crown for Louis Bielle-Biarrey

Under the dazzling lights of the Olympia, Louis Bielle-Biarrey showcased his talent once again. The young winger from Union Bordeaux-Bègles (UBB) and the French national team was honored twice on Monday night during the Rugby Night 2025: trophy for Best French International Player and award for the Most Beautiful Try of the season.

A meteoric rise for the one nicknamed « LBB » in the world of rugby. His award-winning try and his fast, instinctive, and precise playing style have allowed him to stand out against established names in French rugby like Thomas Ramos and Maxime Lucu.

The top scorer in UBB history

This double honor comes just days after another record: with 47 tries scored in 77 matches, Bielle-Biarrey has become the top scorer in the history of the Girondins, surpassing Australian Blair Connor. At only 22 years old, he embodies Bordeaux's pride and the promise of a bright future for the French national team.

While UBB shined thanks to their winger, Stade Toulousain also made a mark that evening, with Jack Willis winning Best Player of the Top 14 and the Toulouse staff crowned best coaching team
