Volotea Takes Off with a 3rd in Bordeaux
The good news this spring? Volotea is strengthening its presence in the Gironde capital. With the addition of a 3rd Airbus A320 based at Bordeaux Airport, the Spanish airline is becoming a specialist in regional capitals, with a total of 38 routes planned for this year to 10 countries (Algeria, Belgium, Croatia, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Malta, Morocco, and the Czech Republic).
What’s in store? A capacity of 1.2 million seats for the upcoming year, and 8 new destinations, including one of our favorite cities in the metropolis (that's Marseille, baby). To celebrate, two amazing contests are being organized.

A game of hide-and-seek with planes in the streets of Bordeaux
From April 15 to 17, Bordeaux transforms into a life-sized playground. The concept? Three mini Volotea planes will be hidden in various iconic spots around the city. Each morning, clues will be published on the Bordeaux Airport's Instagram page, shared by the cabin crew of Volotea. The first person to find the plane wins plane tickets for 2 to one of Volotea's direct destinations from Bordeaux. And since the whole event is filmed live, everyone can follow along with the daily stories revealing the lucky winners!

A second game for couch detectives
For those who will unfortunately miss out on Bordeaux, there's still a chance to join in the fun! From April 21 to May 4, Volotea is expanding the game to all of Nouvelle-Aquitaine. An image featuring Volotea's crew in Bordeaux will be posted, with three little hidden airplanes to find. Just fill out a form for a chance to win Volotea plane tickets for 2 people and fly off to your destination of choice.
