TBM Loyalty Program: Gifts in Exchange for Validations in Bordeaux
Free months of TBM subscriptions, goodies, discounts at partner shops, movie tickets... These are some of the perks that Bordeaux residents can get just by validating their public transportation pass. The TBM loyalty program is back with a new name and a new website. TBM fid' (formerly Ecomobi) allows users to turn their TBM validations into gifts.
Promote social and cultural activities by fighting against fraud
The only condition? Being registered! The program is accessible to people with a TBM card: annual or monthly subscribers, occasional users with a card, Le Vélo subscribers, SCODI subscribers (+18 years old), or subscribers with a Modalis card. Equipped with their transport ticket, travelers accumulate loyalty points with each validation on the tram, bus, boat, and picking up shared bikes. 1 validation or 1 bike pick-up = 10 points. To be eligible for these "royalties," just log in to the website.
As of today, a total of 21,672 travelers have registered and 39 active partners (such as La Cité du Vin, Mégarama, CGR, Bistrot du Musée, or Mademoiselle Simone) are offering their deals. There are a whopping 60 cultural, social, and sports offers available at all times. A clever initiative to reduce fraud rates and especially the non-validation rate. A win-win project for everyone!
