To help students tackle inflation, the Chamber of Agriculture and its Farmers' Drive are offering an exceptional operation for the second consecutive year, in partnership with the VRAC association and the Lafite Initiative Fund (FIL): baskets filled with farm products, offered at half price.

What's on the menu? Fresh vegetables, fruits, pasta, meat, eggs, and cereals for just 10€! Here’s what students in Gironde can find in the baskets prepared for them by the Chamber of Agriculture and its Farmers' Drive. To benefit from these baskets, simply place an order on the website.Drive Fermier Gironde before Wednesday at 00:00 to pick up their basket on Friday at one of the 7 pickup points of Drive Fermier: Eysines, Lormont, Bordeaux Chartrons, Bordeaux Palais de Justice, Floudès, La Réole/Saint Sève, and especially Gradignan, right in the heart of the campus.
A strong support against inflation
The goal of this initiative : to provide concrete and immediate support to students, who are also feeling the impact of inflation. It’s a delicious support, featuring products from Gironde farms. The program kicks off on November 4, 2024, and will run until February 28, 2025. Last year, all 300 specially prepared baskets for this initiative were sold out. And the feedback from the young people was super positive!
