In Bordeaux, talking about gastronomy is almost like discussing a local religion. And let's just say that the Tous au Restaurant operation feels like a blessing for lovers of beautiful plates and culinary discoveries. Launched in 2009 by chef Alain Ducasse and Laurent Plantier, the event returns from June 1 to 14 with a simple but super effective promise: buy one menu, get the second one free.
The concept hasn’t lost any of its popularity. This year again, more than 1,000 establishments are participating all over France, from neighborhood bistros to Michelin-starred restaurants. And Bordeaux is, of course, joining in with about 30 establishments ready to heat up their kitchens and excite your taste buds.

From Gourmet Bistros to Culinary Tables
What makes Tous au Restaurant a hit is its diversity. In Bordeaux, it’s impossible to sum up the culinary scene with just one vibe. Between local cuisine, modern creations, global influences, and refined gastronomy, the participants perfectly reflect the food energy of this vibrant city.
Among the announced establishments, you’ll find Café Bonart, Kalimera, Blind, Mazal, Inima, Maison Pavlov, le Boudoir de Léa, Zéphirine, and Prince Noir. These names resonate with both regulars of fine dining and those curious foodies looking for a perfectly good reason to book a restaurant on a Tuesday night “just to check it out.” And honestly, dining at a gourmet spot with a complimentary menu is like having the ultimate cheat code for this early summer.

An initiative that makes dining out tempting again
In a time when many are keeping a close eye on their leisure budgets, "Tous au Restaurant" plays a real role in making gourmet dining more accessible. The goal isn't just to fill the dining rooms...
It's also about giving the public the chance to discover restaurants they might never have dared to try!
