Food Trip: A Gourmet City Trip Sharp as a Knife
It's in 2022 that the adventure led by Martin and Adrien begins in Paris. With a passion for sharing the City of Lights through its specialties, the two co-founders launch their gastronomic pass for authentic walks among the food artisans. The idea is to transform the city into a giant food tour and to savor the city by showcasing its key players. After Paris, it's now the turn of the Bordeaux food scene to be in the spotlight!
The cream of the crop of Bordeaux artisans
With its unique tasting pass on the market, Food Trip invites you to a complete tasting of 20 product tastings at 20 different artisans. Among them? Chocolatiers, bakers, wine merchants, grocers, roasters, and all the big names that contribute to the culinary reputation of the city of Bordeaux. All have been carefully selected and handpicked (according to specific criteria: welcoming, product quality) with the help of the expert Anne Lataillade, the editor-in-chief of Papilles et Pupilles the number 1 culinary media in Bordeaux.
A delicious immersion in the local food shops
Together, they have put together a wonderful list of visits and tastings to enjoy during a weekend or a short stay. On the menu? The artisanal canelé from Mots Doux, the vanilla flan from Terre de Beaulieu, the famous Dune Blanche from Pascal, the local whiskey from Moon Harbour, a sheep's tomme from Maison Deruelle, the trout rillettes from Nouvelle Vague, a foie gras toast from Maison Lafitte, or of course a glass of wine at Le Pied à Terre. A pocket experiential guide
More than just an experience, the Food Trip pass is materialized in a booklet. Like a little bible easy to slip into your pocket or bag. Available from July 25th, the Bordeaux Food Trip guide comes in the form of a little 110-page book that lists addresses, routes of establishments, and anecdotes. Sold for 28 euros (25 euros in pre-sale), it can be purchased on the Foo website.Hello! You can find the d Trip in some stores like Nature & Découverte or in bookstores. Essential for the gourmet trip, and no need to book, just present it to the partner artisans to access the tasting. Then the merchant just has to stamp the booklet to indicate that the tasting has been done. As for validity, no need to stress: the Bordeaux Food Trip pass can be used until December 31, 2024!
