If craft beer tends to put "pressure" on wine, it is from the pleasure of tasting the small red that this little urban brewery is born. Inspired by their studies of wines and spirits, the beers of Paul and Nico saw the light in a garage. Initially recreational, the project met with great success among experts as well as novices. And since then, they have expanded and now open a place that combines production, exchange, and proximity: a true Brew Pub in the heart of the city. But let's get back to our hops.

7 permanent beers, ephemeral ones and collabs'
Far from being classic, Paul and Nico's recipes are influenced by their discoveries of beers from across the Channel and their love for the French style. The adventure began with the American Ale, a fresh beer that combines flavor without exaggerating bitterness, and with the English IPA (India Pale Ale), hoppy and structured. They were quickly followed by a Session IPA, a Mace Stout, and a Lemon Verbena White Wheat named Herbal Wheat. Not to forget the Mosaic Session with its exotic fruit aromas bringing a refreshing bitterness and the BDX Lager, a light Lager style blonde beer with very floral and thirst-quenching aromas.
Hello there!
Hope you're having a wonderful day!

Today, the brewery has 7 permanent beers, as well as regular ephemeral beers. Among them, we have the Milkshake IPA, a Blonde beer in the style of an India Pale Ale with exotic aromas. Also noteworthy are the collaborations. Bordeaux Beer Factory has partnered with the Belgian Brewery Curtius to create two limited edition beers and with Distillerie Moon Harbor to experiment with the Whisky Barrel (an amber beer aged in a 400L whiskey barrel).
Just like with wine, each of their beers is synonymous with balance and uniqueness. Paul and Nico prioritize very fine bubbles, carefully selected ingredients, and spices play a major role in their recipes. It's no wonder they chose the supplier Sacré Français.
Wineries transformed into a Brew Pub
And this harmony is felt even in the bottle with impeccable design (by La Lettre M): from the meticulously worked gilded logo to the discreet Bordeaux diagram drawn, passing through the brewery's history explained on the back of the bottles, the two partners have not neglected any detail. And in terms of welcome, neither. The 200m² of wineries converted into an Urban Brewery with its Brew Pub are ready to welcome novices and connoisseurs around large barrels and upcycled furniture.
From simple drinks to brewing workshops to exhibitions, improvisation matches, Beer & Food pairing nights, and unlimited raclette evenings, this cozy "laboratory" claims its factory side while bringing the charm of exposed stone and a warm welcome.Mix this with the duo's friendly and refined beers and you will get the perfect HQ for a cool evening. Don't miss out on this for any reason.
