Group workshops, individual exercises, sports classes
In this unique place where energies flow, several services are offered. All are customized with personalized guidance and a special connection to the participants.
What's on offer? Individual coaching, skills or guidance assessments, well-being workshops with certified providers in a specific area (meditation - stress management - emotional welcome...), yoga classes (fly, hatha, vinyasa) or even group coaching based on the "Renaissance" method. A method she has created and patented, combining individual exercises and collective speaking to bring out individual experiences and potentially network.
Women's empowerment circles and yoga classes
Since its recent launch, Mes Propres Choix mainly welcomes executives and managers in professional transition who want to develop their own business independently. With a strong focus on women's empowerment, Marie-Paule tailors many of her workshops to women and their specific needs. Although open to everyone, the training location holds a special interest for them. "Women often tend to forget themselves when they become mothers. My mission is to show them that they have the right to exist for themselves and not just in roles dictated by society," explains the trainer. In the fall, exclusive women's empowerment discussion groups will be held weekly.
A natural boutique to extend the experience at home
And since Mes Propres Choix's DNA is based on well-being, its founder has opened a boutique corner with 100% natural products. On the menu? Gemstones in various shapes, personal development books, French herbal teas, Ayurvedic candles, and sage for purification. "Namaste"!
