The Editor

An unmissable event in the cultural scene of Bordeaux, Les Fous Rires de Bordeaux are back in March 2026 for an explosive 10th edition. Starting from March 18th, established comedians, fresh faces, and iconic collectives will take over Bordeaux's venues - from the Casino Barrière to the Théâtre Fémina, including the Théâtre Molière, the Trianon, and the Arkéa Arena - to offer a concentrated dose of humor that is accessible, popular, and bursting with creativity.

A special anniversary edition full of eclectic vibes

This 10th edition showcases a rich and varied lineup, true to the spirit of the festival: open, cheeky, and wildly creative. Brought to life by Euterpe Promotion, it features big names in comedy like Camille Lellouche, Mathieu Madénian, La Bajon, and Moguiz, a social media sensation known for his sharp sense of humorous portraiture.

Alongside these must-see artists, the festival also unveils the gems that will shape the laughter of tomorrow: Sarah Lélé, Antek, Cinema, Urbain, Richard Sabak, Ana Godefroy… Diverse worlds, sometimes poetic, sometimes sharp, but always unique and impactful.

Unique creations that shake things up

This year, the Fous Rires de Bordeaux is enhancing its artistic flair with three original creations :

  • The 30/30 Evening : two comedians, two styles, 30 minutes each, no frills — a brilliantly effective way to discover new talent!

  • The Dating Comedy Show : a fun concept where humor and matchmaking blend on stage in an improvised game, directed by Selim Hadriche.

  • Marrantes : a lineup 100%...feminine gathering five bold artists for an impactful and bright evening.

A grand finale presided over by Camille Lellouche

The festival will culminate in a grand celebration with The Night of Laughter, on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the Arkéa Arena. An unprecedented show orchestrated by Camille Lellouche, who will invite her comedian friends for an evening filled with improvisations, sketches, music, and surprises. A grand finale worthy of the anniversary of this now-unmissable festival.

4 days to celebrate laughter in all its forms

Born from a desire to make humor accessible to everyone and to celebrate the diversity of voices, the festival continues to assert its unique identity. “Laughter is not a luxury,” reminds the editorial of the press kit. For four days, Bordeaux will thrum with punchlines, improvisations, and shared laughter.
