This summer, the festivals in France are taking on a travel vibe thanks to the Barrio Havana, a 100% Cuban block party that's here to make the crowds dance and warm hearts. After the legendary Garorock, which kicked off the festivities in early July, it's the SunSka Festival that has delighted you with an atmosphere that's simply buzzing!

A Dive into Cuban Culture

After the success of Calle Havana in previous years, the spirit of Cuba is making a strong comeback in 2025 with an even more immersive concept: Barrio Havana. Imagine a real neighborhood from Havana recreated right in the middle of the festival – colorful houses, Caribbean rhythms, dominos, laughter; in short, a bundle of good vibes and overflowing energy just like in the streets of Cuba!

In Cuba, the barrio is more than just a neighborhood: it’s a state of mind. It’s the place where neighbors come together to dance, play, chat, cook together, and most importantly... party like never before. This year, it’s that lively energy that Barrio Havana is packing in its suitcase to bring to festival-goers all summer long. In short, it's like a one-way ticket to Cuba without leaving France, making your heart beat to the rhythm of the celebration.

Double dose of festivities

And in 2025, this unique atmosphere will be recreated in the festivals of France. Early July, right in the middle of the Garorock festival, Barrio Havana set the scene – a true reconstructed Cuban neighborhood, with vibrant colors!et à the electrifying atmosphere. And after this undeniable success, he set the Médoc on fire at the SunSka Festival. For three days, it was an incredible blend of Caribbean music brought to you by the Twerkistan collective: reggaeton, shatta, dancehall, with improvised sessions, dance battles, entertainment, games, smiles... and that human warmth that makes Cuba so charming.
