On Sunday, June 22, 2025, at 10 AM, the town of Lège-Cap Ferret invites all lovers of the bay to the Fête du Port de la Vigne, an event centered around sharing and raising awareness. Organized as part of the national Fête de la Mer et des Littoraux, this day will be one of the eight official stops of this 7th edition.

With the support of over 30 local actors — associations, oyster farmers, merchants, nautical clubs — the festival promises a rich program filled with activities, maritime workshops, walks, music… and solidarity.

Giant Oyster Tasting and SNSM Ship Christening

Two exciting highlights will kick off the morning. At 11 AM, the opening ceremony will welcome Deputy Sophie Panonacle for the christening of the new SNSM ships, accompanied by lively sea shanties from the Flotte Nord Bassin. Then at 12 PM, get ready for the big culinary event: a giant oyster tasting organized by the oyster farmers of the Syndicat de la Côte Noroît, with proceeds going to the Bergonié Institute.

All day long, the sea reveals itself in all its glory. Starting at 10 AM, there will be creative workshops with Bruno Bossut, hiking trips, nautical introductions, participatory science, boat tours, rides in traditional pinasses, and even d... ```Rescue demonstration will punctuate the festivities. At 12:30 PM, a shared picnic will liven up the park, all set to the musical vibes brought by the band Hisse et Ho.
