A speakeasy perched on the 5th floor
A new rooftop has blossomed in the heart of the Mériadeck district in Bordeaux. This is a first: the elevated terrace of the speakeasy at FirstName Bordeaux is finally opening its doors. Accessible only via an elevator and a discreet door, this champagne bar nestles at the top of a 4-star hotel. Starting June 6th, it will come to life every weekend — on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays — from 5 PM to 10 PM, until the end of September. All set in a lush decor reminiscent of a hanging garden, where you can slow down, take in the sights, and raise a toast.

The Art of the Aperitif According to Lanson
In partnership with Lanson, the menu celebrates rosé champagne. Whether by the glass or the bottle, classic or twisted into a floral cocktail, the bubbles join the party with elegance. On the menu: a Rosé Création glass for €18, a cocktail with Lillet and hibiscus syrup for €16, or a refined mocktail featuring non-alcoholic gin, rose, and grapefruit for €10. The bottles range from €85 to €99.
A moment frozen in time, no reservations required
With only 26 open-air seats, it’s clear you’ll need to embrace spontaneity. Here, there are no reservations — just the desire to enjoy the moment. With elevated relaxation, delicate bubbles, and an incredible view of the Bordeaux sky, the mantra of the place is simple: “I’m Busy Chilling”.
