An address that rocks on Cancera Street! Opened 3 years ago by Wes Sengomona (formerly of Moonshiner in Paris) and Quentin Recoquillon, it shines equally for its restaurant and cocktail bar. With precision and audacity, the two partners have bet on an establishment (named after a Samurai from the 16th century) that would meet the 3 C rule: ""cocktails - cuisine and customer". The idea is to create a dynamic between these 3 entities that make up the signature of the house.

From the mixed menu , and renewed each season, which invites you to a journey of flavors with cocktails creations inspired by different cultures, it's time to discover. Let's start off! Because when it comes to food, we hesitate between the cod ceviche with yuzu, the seaweed tartare, or the octopus cooked in two ways. "We always have 2 or 3 specialties from Japan," one of the founders tells us while praising the delights of their Japanese sauce glazed ribs, the recipe of which remains a secret.
