Appearances, the new crime series from France 2
The excitement of cinema continues in Bordeaux. In March and April 2025, the city will be the setting for the filming of Appearances, a mini-series featuring actresses Hélène de Fougerolles or Léonie Simaga, produced in-house and broadcast on France 2. For this new production by the company Quad Drama, over 120 extras are being sought. Among the roles available, there are various characters such as cosmetic surgery patients, police officers, nightclub patrons, and even passengers at the Saint-Jean train station.
Synopsis : "Captain Sarah Santoni is faced with the murder of a cosmetic surgeon, whom she consulted a few years earlier following an assault. Very quickly, a deformed patient who had undergone the surgeon’s hands emerges as the prime suspect in this crime. Meanwhile, a journalist closely investigates the dangers and abuses of cosmetic surgery".
120 Extras Wanted in Bordeaux!
The casting team is looking for several profiles, including 3 cosmetic surgery patients (1 man and 2 women, around 30 to 40 years old), 12 police officers (men and women aged 25 to 50), and 65 nightclub patrons, aged 20 to 26. They also need a nightclub bouncer (35-40 years old) and 30 passengers, both men and women aged 16 to 65, with suitcases for scenes at the train station. Other profiles requested include 5 construction workers, 6 young people from the neighborhood (including 1 girl), and 3 mothers between 45 and 70 years old.
