Opened by three high school friends, Le Bo-Tannique is the perfect spot to tickle our taste buds. Six years ago, Florent, Romain, and Guillaume decided to start their own restaurant. After numerous travels, they wanted to create a place where they could plate all the influences discovered from the four corners of the globe. Mission accomplished with Le Bo-Tannique, which offers a unique gastronomic experience.
A cuisine as surprising as it is delicious
The bistronomic restaurant offers a fresh and creative cuisine rooted in seasonal produce and short supply chains. Open to the world, our dishes feature influences from the Caribbean, Japan, Italy, St. Barthélemy, and even Mexico. Here, the plates are unique, rarely repeated, and the menu changes with the seasons and the overflowing imagination of the chefs.
The menu is distinguished by a mastery of condiments, essential for enhancing every dish. Among the standout creations that almost never leave the menu, you'll find the perfect egg. An egg cooked to perfection, accompanied by a parmesan emulsion and a delightful butternut garnish.
Bold combinations abound, such as salmon with Tahitian condiments served alongside an avocado tartare with semolina and coriander, or a plate inspired by Roscoff featuring a mushroom ketchup with porcini and soy, a grilled portobello, fresh seaweeds, and veal delicately accented with a seaweed condiment. These colorful plates are complemented by a wonderful selection of wines. With over 250 references, the restaurant collaborates with French producers as well as some international winemakers, favoring natural wines or those from biodynamic farming.

Menus for Every Craving
For those who love culinary discoveries, the restaurant offers several options. The famous daily menu, which changes based on the chefs’ inspirations, is priced at 25 euros for a starter, a main course, and a dessert, or 21 euros for two courses, available in the evening as well. Food enthusiasts can also choose the bistronomic menu, featuring 5 or 6 courses to fill up on flavors.

The atmosphere of the place reflects the spirit of its founders: warm, welcoming, and filled with memories of travels. Paintings by friends of Florent, Romain, and Guillaume adorn the walls, while cushions from India decorate the chairs.
