The concept is simple: you sit at the table, you order via a digital tablet or a QR code, and the dishes arrive freshly prepared, with no waiting in line or back-and-forth to the counter. The menu features a wide range of Japanese specialties, from sushi to maki, sashimi, gyoza, tempura, yakitori skewers, and even stir-fried noodles. Each order is made fresh, focusing on quality, freshness, and reducing waste.
