Traditionally, a Chinese fondue is enjoyed as a warm and family-friendly dish. It's a bit like a gooey cheese fondue (yum!). It consists of a vegetable broth that can be spiced with ginger, in which you dip your meat (or fish).

There are 5 different types of broth to vary the flavors. Among them are the plain, the Thai, one with sautéed shrimp in spicy sauce, and the spicy. Thanks to their popularity, the restaurant even offers take-out fondue with a simple option or a duo.
